Advice please

I am new to the technology of sat nav and would be pleased to receive any info on the medion pna175, as i am interested in getting 1. Are the uk maps pretty well up to date, what is the level of accuracy and can you re-route if you get stuck in traffic. These features are quite important to me as i work in the chauffeur trade. In general is this unit up to the task of getting me where i need to be without any problems. If there are any other makes or models around the £300 area that i should take a look at pls let me know.
