Medion MDPPC250 car cables - help!

I have a Medion PPC250 and want another car charger/GPS antenna, is it possible to use charger cables designed for other PDAs? I have been looking for compatability on the net but found no answers - can anyone help with the best solution?

I have the same problem but I can`t find GPS antenna on the official web site :-( do you know how can i Find compatible GPS antenna? Sad

I've seen a new antenna on the medion website at £59.99 but I believe there must be a similar setup using the same plug type (into the PDA) but with a different antenna branching off the charger lead - it's more a case of what other PDAs share the same plug and seeing what antenna these can use...
