I have installed checkPOInt and got it working OK.

I have set up the overlays but I only hear the First and Last warnings. I never hear the warning about the speed limit.

When you assign the wav file to the speed warning tab it plays OK but just not when your on the road!

Any ideas?

Cheers

James

I have the same problem and would be interested in any solution you come up with. On my Mc (a "hp 2200 with tomtom nav 3 on it ) I get an auidio warning when first entering a 30mph zone but no other speed zone is yours the same?

I have the same problem. It has worked in the past but I have recently changed the overlay settings to the following
First warning 30 seconds
Final warning 20 seconds
Speed warning 10 seconds and set at the speed limit and a loud warning alert

I was hoping that this would give me 2 normal warnings and a last final load warning if I was over the speed limit (but not if I was within the speed limit.

Since doing this the speed warning has not working over or under the speed limit

Any ideas how to get this to work would be appreciated

When TT V5 comes out you won't be able to use CheckPOInt or GPSAssist as V5 won't support third party applications, that is untill TT release the code for third party apps to link in.

If it worked ok on the last one you intalled it on. Was there any difference between the processor speed and available memory between this one and the first two?,
