Don't rely on TTHome for backups, instead use the Windows method in the faqs on this site.

I am pretty certain that sd cards should only be formated with fat16, ....
The SD specific formatter tools format 4GB ones as FAT32 which work fine in my PDA and in a TT510
May not work in the Mio t ...

Yes, it made one card work with TT that wouldn't before and made another one faster.
