If you use the latest POIloader from Garmin you can associate MP3 files with the relevant CSV files (They need to have the same name Prefix).

i.e: pocketgps ...

I've modified all the non-verbal wav files (bongs and pings) in English_British and loaded them back onto my Zumo.

I've confirmed that they are loaded by using the Diagnostics function on the Zumo ...

It's a nice piece of software.
