When I try to "Retrieve numbers from phone" with my TTR it comes up with a "Feature Not Supported" message, and the same thing with Read/Write Text Messages.
Does this mean the TTR does not support ... |

Hmmmm nope, no other backups 
Tried holding the reset button for 10 seconds...same trouble.
Restored factory settings...same trouble.
Looks like I may have to send the  back to TT ... |

Yup, just put the original 128 card back in, done the upgrade to 6.15 on that...still the same problems, it locks up and restarts itself the second the map starts to move (or even before).

Yup, just put the original 128 card back in, done the upgrade to 6.15 on that...still the same problems, it locks up and restarts itself the second the map starts to move (or even before).

Updated to 6.15 now...not had a chance to test it outside yet, but I fear my problems run deeper!
Just did a "Pre Plan Route" from Home to Work, and I get the same symptoms as when actually riding ... |

Yup, used all the rubber tape on mine too...you reckon the actual angle of the holder can make that much difference then?

| Just a thought, have you set your prefs to "Show all menus"? You should then be able to access a load more stuff. |
