When longish Route having 330 Waypoints created in Memorymap then sent to Garmin 60CSx I see its shown as 4 Routes on Garmin - Route covers Waypoints 1 to 100, Route-1 covers WP 101 to 200 etc.

Send to GPS...damn! waypoints shown on the Garmin 60CSx as WP1010, WP1011 etc!!
Do you mean it does this after the editing process? (This may show a need for more detailed editing).

One Route using 330 of the 1000 available waypoints!?
Have you tried constucting a track instead
Yes its one Route of 330 waypoints...but its decided to break itself down to 4 sections on the ... |

2. Exporting and editing routes does give you full control over your new waypoint names, but it takes a few operations to complete.

You don't say what model of GARMIN GPS you are using the but the newer range (Colorado and presumably Oregon) seem to have a neat feature. When I copy routes from MM to my C300 I use the .GPX format. ... |

I have Fugawi on the Garmin iQue.
Would you know...ref the Fugawi software is that transferable from pc to GPS?..so on the GPS OS detail would be shown...which is what I've been seeking? |
