I got an email from Navigon yesterday offering it to me for £40, usual price £55.
Hopefully a few people here have used Flow already so can decide whether its worth the upgrade.

Take a look at the Navigon 40 premium, Halfords have them at the moment for £99 and just bought one for the wife, and prefer it over my 940!

All working fine here on a 940, can't notice any difference with the sensitivity of the screen, route calculation seems to be quite a bit quicker, and the new interface is a big improvement.
