Aye - well i was going the other way round the M25....this was the mobile cameras at Clacket Lane not the fixed ones.

Is it perhaps more of a mobile thing that this varying with speed is about?

One quick query about the new Camera Manager.

I used to use the old Camera Updater and a fine thing it was too.

I've installed and used the new Camera Manager and set off round the M25 ...

Hello there again!

Many thanks for taking the time to report back - which is much much more than Garmin ever did.

The only way I could fix it was to install the external aerial as it still crash ...

Nope - nowhere near an airfield.

And I notice you're in East SUssex - this could be perfect, as the two roundabouts it always fails on is the one outside the East Sussex National Golf C ...

It's not a "lost satellite" thing, it just hangs when it gets to two specific roundabouts. ...

Thanks for the link to V2.7

Oddly enough (and touching wood) the unit has behaved itself for two journeys now.

So the experiment continues - now we try journeys with the map detail set to "most" ...
