Fantastic - I have not been contacted by TT support, but following your lead have just reset my traffic account and BINGO - it works!! Thanks for the tip off - wonder when TT support will let me know!

Have you tried to see if you can still access Traffic on your iPaq, assuming you still have the setup running?

interesting TT have told you that this is effecting "a few customers" - sounds like a lot more than a few! I posted the blow on another thread, but it is relevant to this one so.....
