seems OK for the money. i guess its cheap as its the SirfII chipset and not II which is the norm now.

i cant comment on the Miomap im afraid since ive never used it.

you can get TT to work on your A201 but it can be a bit tricky and you can lose your activation code if it doesnt work right.

there appears to be an incompatibility issue with TT5 and the A201 which means the device code for the PDA changes which caused problems when registering tomtom.

it sounds like you may have been supplied with a less than legit version of the software and if so then upgrading or changing anything on the card will likely prompt you for a code.

i use an iPAQ 4150 with TT5 installed and a BT receiver in a ziplock bag stuck to the tank. wouldnt mind a Rider but not at the price they're asking for it.
