From recent personal experience, I can assure you that the PNC does keep a record of offences whether you opt for fixed penalty, or a course.

Scratch that Confused .... I think my database update must have failed. I now have v9.074, and all looks fine today.

Thanks! The alternate startup setting worked, along with a full reboot just for good measure. Positioning now working fine.

The 6500XL has built in GPS. TT GPS v1.41 detects it as a serial cable on SP2 and works fine. Does TTN5 still use TT GPS or something new?
