I couldn't really say that I've had problems with signal loss on my Q1 but it has been an ocassional issue, especially near trees or near high buildings.

Anyway, I wouldn't have bothered paying out ...

I think we all know that you can get the ocassional incorrect speed reading caused by a 'spike' when the sat signal gets lost then picked up again, but my most recent spurious reading is my best yet.. ...

It wasn't so much that the CD was marked upgrade, it was a specific upgrade for a 2620 only, not suitable for Quest (I tried it).

I decided to phone them instead of e-mailing... It must be better ...

I know GPS units do some funny things sometimes, my friend's Medion recently suggested that he "drive straight ahead for 3,232 miles" Laughing Out Loud.
