I ended up emailing customer support, they took 24hrs to reply and I've now sent them the serial number and .jpg of the bill via logging into my account on MyTomTom. Just waiting for the reply.

| Updated postcode DB comes with the new map, so why not update the map. Then there is no garantee that the hotel is in the new DB! |
