I've had no issues so far with Navigon 1.6 on my 3GS/OS4. To be fair, I do use the 24 hour clock! Hopefully they will come up with a fix for the use of a 12 hour clock soon.
Cheers,
Mike

Thanks MaFt.

1 other change: the disclaimer now doesn't keep reappearing on each start. I only had to answer it once when I first used it.
Cheers and Happy Easter,
Mike

Dear MaFt,
Navigon is now up to version 1.5, and the Europe version is currently on sale (42.99 GBP I believe) until about April 12th. I've finally cracked and bought it (last night) so not tried it ...

Thanks Mike.
I agree, I think a 730 would fit the bill (as long as it has bluetooth to work with IOPlay-which I believe it does). The best I've found so far is £200 (without TMC), which I think is qu ...

Spooky!
His experience really puts me off the idea of LIVE services.
Thanks for the heads up Dennis.

thanks guys. It doesn't sound so tempting now. Perhaps a 730 would be a better bet!

I'm thinking of getting a 740, but I don't need the live HD service all the time. Does anyone know if we can dip in and out-perhaps subscribe for a month to cover a holiday or similar, then let it lap ...

Is updating just as simple as copying the .cab file to my pocket pc and running it, or does it need to be in a particular directory (or is it more complicated than that)?
Cheers,
Mike

Dear BMWBiker,
I had a similar problem to you, and solved it with a card reader.
The only problem was that I was using a cheapie card reader-it wouldn't work properly.
Once I stopped being a chea ...

I had exactly the same problem (with almost an identical set-up to you) and solved it by using a USB card reader. It was much quicker that way.

Thanks Duncan, good idea.
Unfortunately I haven't done any downloading from the PC. This just happens from time to time when re-starting co-pilot on my PPC. Now that I've backed up the file, it proba ...

Thanks Kartracer.
I've got it backed up now, but I still have no idea why it periodically goes missing in the first place!
Oh well... that's computers for you I suppose.

Using CoPilot 5, I occasionally find my "favourites", including home and work, vanish. It is a pain to re-enter them. Does anyone else have this, or is it just me?
How do I back-up the favourites fil ...

Mike.
