Would it help if those that download also report on which device they have loaded onto to assist in your device database.

Just paired mine earlier today with no issues at all - very straight forward.

I did mine without problems, but when I turned the bike off and then back on the RIDER does not find the Starcom unit. ...

When you say "does not work correct" how does this manifest itself?

The recordings are in a different position and not all of them replace the default sounds.
