I think they are just dipping their toe into the market with this one, for me the RoadhawkHD has it all. With regards to number plate reading i find that the voice recording covers that problem.

One possible solution to offset Police Forces income would be to allow the Police to keep a some of the income generated from fines as a result of the use of the 10500+ ANPR cameras in the UK.
