Coming to this very late, but for what it's worth.
I have a Galaxy S8 and it updated to Android 10, CA is running fine, although it does take a coiple of taps to close the app once in a while. |

I did send one (I think) that wasn't in CA, sent from the app, tried to take picture but not sure what, if anything, actually was sent.

There are quite a lot of cameras awaiting verification in DE so they are not on the 'usual' map so keep an eye out for any that you spot.
Will do, hope to take a picture of each one and then submit ... |
