| With the increase in new/changed speed limits, I wanted to use the "speed excess control" feature, and I understand this requires the Road network file to be installed. However, I can't get this to download using the Manage Road network files option within STA, I keep getting an "authentication failed" message. Can anyone advise on a solution? Is there some other subscription involved?
