As I've posted in title, my 930T no longer gives me the option to connect to the pc when sat in it's cradle.
Also the pc, running Vista, comes up with the error that it cannot load the drivers.
TomTom home is up to date, and until last week, it was fine. No updates to the pc done and the 930T hasn't had any either.
I'm baffled, do you think a reset may fix it? Bit nervous of doing a reset as I've got a large amount of POI's stored and other customised settings. _________________ From TomTom One to a 730T, then a 930T, now a 1005... |

A soft reset is risk-free using the reset hole underneath. Try that as the first port of call then come back if it doesn't resolve matters.
You'll know if you have achieved a soft-reset when you hear the TomTom Drums and see the TomTom logo as it reboots. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Ah, the power of the soft reset. Many thanks for your suggestion, fixed and working. Although it still didn't ask if I wanted to connect to computer, it just did _________________ From TomTom One to a 730T, then a 930T, now a 1005... |
