There are a few references on here to 'undocumented' features. Some while back I'm sure there was a thread which mentioned quite a few, but I can't find it now.
Anyway, try a search for 'garmin undocumented' and you will find a couple of funnies in the listed threads (which may or may not work on a Nuvi). Note the health warning on using any diagnostic/service screen options.
If you have the patience to plough through more searches, you MAY find the one I was thinking of. _________________ David

OK....
From the map screen press the speed indicator (bottom left) and this should bring up the dashboard display. Now press and hold on the approx centre of the screen and after a few seconds the service screen(s) will appear. I forget what the box displays at this point - but it should be fairly obvious. On my 660 it is the centre of the screen I press.
BE VERY CAREFUL from here on in as it is remarkably easy to destroy your nuvi by changing things.
What are you wanting to do? _________________ Phil |

Either via my 610 or via my PC...here's hopin'
