Hi,
I'm wanting to write my own application to run on a Pocket PC and access a bluetooth GPS.
However, I still want to run TomTom at the same time using the same GPS.
Does anyone know of a free program which will allow this or if it's possible in VB to do something like GPS Gate does and create a virtual port which gives the same data as the normal gps port.
Thanks

Have a look at This Application, it does split the port, but isn't as feature loaded as the Franson product - Mike |

Out of interest what are you looking to create for the PDA in terms of software? - if its commercially sensitive I can understand you not wanting to respond, but I am curious that’s all - Mike |

Hi,
I'm wanting to create something which transmits my gps position back to a web site and displays it on a map.
I have it working with GPS Gate but you've got to pay for the Pocket PC client, your position is public and the page has to have their logo on so I thought it would be cool to write my own!
