Hello all!
I am new to the site and would like to wish you all well.
Anyway the problem I have is that I run Navigator 6 on a PDA and for the life of me am unable to remove the American pocket GPS World camera warning voices.
I am unable to see any suitable data chk file to remove and I want to place a standard Tomtom sound for a European camera warning that is not covered by the 'Liz' voice oggs but all I get are the PGPS World voices.
Can anyone help?
Voltage. |

If you have a back-up simply copy the data.chk file from the back-up to the program files/ Navigator folder (which is where your modified data.chk should reside).
If you don't have a back-up re-installing the application will create a new original data.chk file, then you can use the ogg warnings as normal.
If you want a full set of ogg European camera warnings I will send them to you - check your e-mail and use the one that matches what you require - Mike |

Thank you very much Mike. Perfect.
I don't wish to appear rude but do you know why I get the 'Error 0x80070052' when I try to copy the Speedcam file and the Ogg files to my memory card?
It just appears to 'dislike' the odd file.
I am using Vista at the moment but also get the same message using XP. |

This can be caused by not having a correctly formatted card or because you might not have rights to copy data to the card.
Is the card formatted?
Is the card Read Only or Write Protected? |
