|
|
My 910 keeps (about every two weeks) giving up on voice instructions - doesn't play and won't play the test samples of the voices if I go into the change voice menu (applies to all, computer and recorded, in all languages).
The only way I can clear it is to factory reset then pray that a 30sec reset clears it... this is now getting to be a pain.
Anyone else have this problem (software is the latest version... 6.5214 IIRC) |

If no one else is reporting the same problem, it looks like you might have faulty hardware.
Either take it back to the shop you bought it from and ask for a refund or replacement (what you *should* do, but you might have a fight to get your rights), or send it back to TomTom (phone them up and they will send you a DHL returns sticker). |
