Hi all
sorry if this has been asked before, but i couldn't find anything on a search.
i have a mp3 that i would like to convert to TT1 format to use as my speed camera alert.
is this possible ?
if so, how ?
also, is there anywhere i can download additional sound alert files ?
thanks for your help

Welcome to the forum Chris, perhaps you want to have a read of This Page where there are a number of file sets that are ready made to work with the PocketGPSWorld Speed camers database, there are also installation instruction s on the same page.
If you really want to use your own sounds you need to convert them from mp3 to ogg format Audacity is quite capable of the conversion from mp3 to ogg format, just make sure the ogg file name matches the ov2 file, re-configure your "warn when near POI" options and the device will use the new warnings.
Crazylegs, sometimes newcomers to the site need pointing in the right direction, or perhaps you don't use spoken alerts on your device? - Mike |
