I have been having trouble with my tt one.red cross on card. I have managed to clear this by formating card and updating. I had eveything working ok .So i made a back up. Unfortunatly I tried to turn off tt one before it had initalised. As it is programed to start where it finished. It appears to be stuck. Any ideas
I hope someone will be able to help |

Try a 30 sec Reset. Works wonders. ;) _________________ Richard

Did you do a Safely Remove Hardware before disconnecting from the PC?
Reconnect to the PC and do a Restore from your Backup. _________________ Richard

Thanks Richard.
Yes I did try to turn off my tom tom before it was ready. It had the splash screen on. I have allready done a restore to an earlier back up (before I put some voices on).Still no luck. The report Iget through tomtom home is fatal error 9000. Are there any more start up modes other than power down and sleep?.hope someone can help.

Which version software do you have?
As a long shot you might need to go back to an earlier version, and then upgrade again. Format the Card and do it without the Map installed. _________________ Richard
