Hi all
New member, first post and would appreciate some help.
I selected the download for Tom Tom Go and there was two options, Tom Tom Home and OV2. I downloaded Tom Tome Home as I had that software on my PC.
I followed the unpacking and copying procedure but TomTom Go 910 is not indicating the blue cameras (Truvelo?) just the Gatso's it did before.
I have a POI category of pocketgps uk sc which contains a list of items in the format 1.1M REDLIGHT:8896@30. There are a few pages of entries for GATSO,MOBILE,REDLIGHT. What do these mean please and what have I done wrong?
TIA Marnie |

Welcome to the forum, it would apperar you have installed the single file download to your device, if you want the full database broken up into camera type and speed simply download and install the "Speed Zoned Complete BETA" this will give you the 24 different POI files.
Don't worry about the Truvs being missing they are contained in the Gatso files - I don't think you have done anything wrong, you just need to get the database type that does what you require.
If you want to then configure the 910 camera warnings please have a read of THIS - it shows the old way of installing the files, then the configuration, if you install via home just skip the first parts of the instructions, I must get around to updating that lot - Mike |

Another possible confusion:

Blue cameras? I've never seen a blue Truvelo. Are you sure you aren't seeing Trafficmaster cameras, which are certainly not speed cameras, so won't be on any version of the d.base.

Hi Andy_P2002
Is your picture a Trafficmaster camera? If so you're right I thought these blue cameras were safety cameras. Are the little blue boxes hanging from motorway bridges Trafficmaster too?
TIA, Marnie |

The one Andy has linked to is indeed one of TrafficMaster's PRTM sensors, they're on masts at the side of the road and also on bridge's, in fact some of them are green. They are NOT speed cameras. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Yes, if you follow the link in my post you'll see one of the motorway bridge boxes right next to the picture I posted, plus a description of the system.
Nice "blue cam"pic Darren. Maybe its time to produce an I-Spy book of camera types, with prizes for who can spot them all. |
