Hello
I am having Ipaq 2210 with TT3 installed. I have noticed that the current gps position cursor is moving slowly when i am travelling and i am having problems especially at round abouts. The cursor is not running smoothly rather a block at time. Can anyone plaese tell me how to resolve this issue.
Thanks in avance

Hello, and welcome to the forums.
GPS has a temporal resolution of 1 Hz. Nothing you can do about it. There are programs that try some interpolating in between the one second intervals, but basically they are lying to you. It just looks nicer, but is not more precise. _________________ Lutz

Do you have POI's Enabled? This seems to also give a problem.
If you need to be aware of POI, use Warn When Near instead.;) _________________ Richard

That was going to be my answer until I re-read the OP and realised they are talking about TTN3 not TTN5. So I don't think this will solve anything. |

My initial reply still holds true.
Other than that, make sure your receiver is set to NMEA, operate it at 38400, and do not try to use Xtrac, or Static Navigation, or any other "performance improver"
Use a faster SD card, update your SD card driver on the 2210, read more about the particular issues with that Pocket OC. _________________ Lutz
