Hi! We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
But as we’re losing ad-revenue from this then why not make a donation towards website running costs?. Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!

TomTom provided me with a link to this, which is actually quite difficult to find on their site (through bad site design, I think, rather than any attempt to conceal it). Since I know that many who post here have "issues" with TomTom, I though it might be useful to put this information where it can easily be found.
TomTom BV
Customer Support Complaints Department
Rembrandtplein 35
1017 CT Amsterdam
The Netherlands
Fax number : 0031 20 850 10 97
The letter or fax should contain the following contact information:
* A detailed description of the complaint
* Your full name
* Your full address, business or residential.
* Your e-mail address
* A contact telephone number during day time office hours.
* A TomTom Product code (if this information is still available)
So there you go. If you have a problem with TT, you can now tell them directly; it might achieve no more than posting here, but you'll probably feel better for having tried!

So did I today. You have to persevere as, if you catch it wrongly, you will be in a queue to join the queue!!
TomTom have a queue of 5 waiting, that's all, if you are outside of this, you politely get told to try the website or try later. Then the phone goes dead.
When you get in the queue, you are told what position you are but you have to persevere, it can take 30 minutes to get to the pole position!!
I got my TTN5 reactivated by phone after faxing the details to them.
