Hi
I have a HP iPaq rz1710 with wired Tom Tom GPS receiver (the pack thats available here)
Im not sure if I have Nav 1 or 2 - going to Change Preferences - About Navigator says
App Version 4.400
GPS Driver 1.2
I have installed CheckPOInt and downloaded the Pocket GPS Safety Camera Database, which I have unzipped to \SD Card\Great-Britain-Map (where my map for GB is), but when I go into CP and click 'Overlay settings' - the list of overlay files is blank.
Ive followed all the instructions here: http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/uksafetycameras-checkpoint.php - but cant seem to figure out why it isnt working
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Hi brownie
From what I can see CheckPOInt doesn't work with the TomTom HP Navigation pack as this other announcement post informs us

The version you have has built-in POI alert functionality so you really don't need CheckPOInt, agreed the choice of alert sounds is not to everyone's choice but the system works well. _________________ Darren Griffin |
