|
|
I have received an emai saying my free map upgrade is now available for download.
The instructions say that I need to download an update to Navdesk and apply before installing the maps.
I have downloaded the update and map files, but when I run the NavDesk update .exe it come up with a message that "This service pack requires that NavDesk is already installed. Please install the software and try installing the service pack afterwards"
NavDesk is installed and working with my S70 3D.
I have tried on 2 different computers, one XP Home SP3 and the other Vista Home Premium SP2.
Anyone got / had the same issue and how do you get over it?
Thanks in advance/

I have had an issue with the patch, I called them and they have now released another patch on the same link in the user guide on friday.
I ran through the process again and now everything is working. |

Many thanks, I have just downloaded the update from the same link in the user guide pdf and they have changed the file, different name and size
Now installed and updated to version v5.90.0003.17
Now to install the new maps.
I emailed customer support as soon as I had the problem on Thursday, and in the words of Diana Ross "I'm Still Waiting"
Once again, thank you for you quick reply.
