Can anyone tell me how much SDcard space do you need for TomTom 6 running on a Ipaq HP5450. I have a 1GB SD card. Is that enough? |

The whole of Western Europe takes about 900meg. I have GB and postcodes and France + Major roads of Europe and that is about 430meg. |

Hi Thanks for your reply. It is just that I noticed under the Western Europe map that there was one file 'Cline.dat' which is 924mb. Can I assume that all this file does not get loaded on the SD card? |

the seamless european. I didn't know you could get a only uk map for TT6. By the way can you use TT5 Uk map for TT6 if I can't get the european map on the Sd card? |

I run TT6 with the seamless Western Europe map on a 1GB card. There's not a lot of extra space, but there is some.
I'm sure that you could also delete some files to free up more space, but I haven't gotten around to trying it yet. |

When you load TT6 what is the process of installing only the UK map. At the moment there are files assciated with the western europe map that are in total over 1.5gb (i.e cline.dat 924mb, cnode.dat 295mb, faces.dat 253mb etc.). Does TT6 need all these files to be transferred to the SD card. If not, how do I load only the UK map? |

The new V6 Map comes on an SD Card I believe, at 900MB.
It it is the downloaded MOWE as shown on TT's Website then you can install one of 7 Maps, ie GB.
It would help if we knew which copy you have. _________________ Richard

The one which is available from the TomTom website i.e. "TomTom NAVIGATOR 6 - Software & Maps of Western Europe " is that one big seamless map or individual maps? |

Most have given Europe answers. Just in case; TT6 takes about 977MB for US/Canada/Guam. |

Can anyone tell me whether TT6 works okay with HP5450 Ipaq because I have installed the application using the CD and when I try to run it I get the following error message 'cannot find 'Tomtom Navigator' (or noe of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and all the required libraries are availalbe' Does anyone know why I get this message? |

does the 5450 run pocketpc2002 then i would think youll either have to upgrade the device to pocketp 2003 or 2003se from the hp website _________________ currently using aponia truck navigation on windows phone. Good bye IOS don't let the door hit you on the way out .
