I just got a 510 and had a 500 and I am having difficulty loading up the speedcamera files.
Where (which file) and how to load the speed camera files on the new tomtom go 510. They have a different way of switching on and off the cameras and so may require the files to be placed in a different file on the sd card, need to know exactly how its done so as to not damage or corupt the sd card, cheers, Dave |

Loading them on to the 510 should be exactly the same as you did on the 500. Simply drag them (individually, not inside any folder) into the map folder on the 510.
To activate them, as far as I know, the only difference is that you have to set the menu preferences to "Show all menu buttons" before the "Manage POI" and "Warn when near POI" icons are shown. Other than that it is the same procedure. |
