On Navigator 4 for Palm, it was possible to disable the voice warnings by changing the data.chk file. The audible alerts for POIs still operated normally. On v5, disabling the voice also disables the audible alerts. Any ideas on a workaround?
In case you think I am mad for disabling vocal alerts, I use the system for arrival time on known routes and traffic. I rarely need the voice alerts and these can become irritating on regular routes. |

Anyone know how to make the old TTN3 voices compatable with TTN5?
I had been using the old 'Aussie Shela' voice with TTN3 and want this in TTN5, (She sounds better than Jane)
