There are reviews of CoPilot Live, TomTom and Mapopolis here on this site, although the Mapopolis review is well out of date.
If you don't already have a Bluetooth GPS then you can get a bundle which includes one for about £200. You get UK and Ireland and you can buy an unlock code for Europe if you ever need it.
Make sure you are getting the Mini SD card with the software you buy.
Also, try downloading Mapopolis. There is a free trial version at http://www.mapopolis.com/
You may have to application unlock your smartphone before you can install the software. http://www.coolsmartphone.com/index.php?option=articles&task=viewarticle&artid=27&Itemid=3
I have have CoPilot5 and Mapopolis and I think I actually prefer Mapopolis, although I am still waiting for my BT GPS to arrive so I can try it properly. |

But doesn't at the moment and is currently shipped with a memory card that won't fit a C500.
OTOH Copilot does work. |

Yes i can confirm that TomTom MOBILE will not work with the c500 because of its current bug related to displaying GAPI based graphics.
I believe CoPilot ships on a mini SD card so there won't be any problem with it running on your c500. You can get it software only or complete with a bluetooth gps receiver.
Its not quite as sophisticated (no 3d view etc) but mapopolis does a good job. As has been mensioned you can download a beta version (which i think works fine) for free but you still have to buy the maps from the site.

P.S. I use mapopolis with my C500 and works to my satisfaction along with the BT gps i got off ebay for £74! |
