|
|
Hi
Just spent 15 minutes trying to find a contact email for support at TomTom's website, to no avail. Perhaps I'm just blind, but I really did look, I cannot access a single damned email contact from that website. Anyone have the general support email address? |

Did that. Same thing, there are no email addresses or buttons anywhere. I have been on that site, logged in, for ages and I still cannot see a contact. And is it only me that finds the site buggy (eg having to click 'refresh' on IE just to show pages) ? I am going nuts. 8O |

Feels good to know I am not nuts after all..
Just in case TomTom never let me mail them, my problem is I've lost my plastic folder for my Maps of Europe. I have all my original discs and sleeves but the plastic sleeve has gone astray, dumped I suspect by my nutty house-proud in-law who thought it was rubbish. And guess where the only key-code sticker was.... I hope TT will give me an access code, even if I have to send the original discs back. |

if you got to my tomtom the code you registered should be listed on there or if you not there go to tt code and put the device code in and it should bring up the activation code _________________ currently using aponia truck navigation on windows phone. Have you ever used the Maps of Europe, if so you would have needed to activate them.

To find the email link at TomTom you need to goto to Product Support at this link . It's on the last page usually. Currently 17. _________________ Richard

The only way I could find an email button was to follow this tortuous trail:
Home>About TomTom>Contact Us
Click on the email link
Enter the product you are interested in and click Search
This brings up FAQ for that product.
Click on any question, and at the bottom of the answer you should find
"If you could not find your answer, send an email" followed by the magic button.
You deserve a prize if you get that far
By the way, I have registered and log in using my email and password. I don't know if the above works if you haven't

You can reach the page, but to send an email you have to be registered. _________________ Richard
