Hi fenny,
I'm getting there myself.
Don't know which ogg files you want to change, but
I use Audacity to record and change the volume. However, having said that it only goes so high, and there are ogg files on this site that are at the maximum.
They become distorted.
You'll get a better reply from someone who will talk you through it if you want. _________________ Triumph Tbird 1700. And now a Bonnie T100. |

Hi 1959fenny, I have a set of Liz Zoned no siren +5db which is about as high as I can go without gross distortion. If these are suitable let me know and I will host them somewhere. |

Try the freeware 'Audacity', it will do the job for you. I haven't got a link at the moment, but a google search will find plenty of download sites. _________________ Regards

Audacity can be downloaded from http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
However, as Mullet says, all the files will already be at 100% level so it isn't a simple task.
Simply boosting the level even more will make the loudest bits distort. How much of that you can put up with, only you can tell.
There are other methods, such as "Compression" that makes the quiet bits louder compared to the loud bits, but that has already been done at least once to most of them!
The only voice pack it might help with is one of the "Liz" packs. The download for that was somehow never updated to my loudest version. |
