|
|
I'm a bit confused! I've recently acquired a TomTom One 30, and am considering purchasing a Speed Camera database subscription.
I have variously read here in the forum, on the one hand, that the Oz database is much superior to the TomTom one, and, on the other, that it doesn't seem to contain much and is therefore not of much value.
These two opinions can't both be right! Is there anyone here who has used the Oz database (specifically in Sydney and its surrounds) and can make an informed comment as to which opinion is more accurate? |

Yes, this was the favourable set of comments - thanks for the reference! But there is another set suggesting that the Oz database is somewhat inadequate! |

Welcom to the PGPSW forums
Where are these adverse comments???
And don't forget that you can improve our coverage of OZ (if it needs improving) and earn yourself a lifetime free subs to boot, if you use and update our db. Incidentally the PGPSW database contains about 1200 cams in OZ and NZ (MaFt will correct me if I'm wrong) |

I failed to notice the age of the other unfavourable comment - 2006! Which renders it pretty much useless - my apologies for not noticing.
Now, presumably if I sign up for the Oz database and then get booked, you'll pay my fine and accept my points? |

Er... No
Edit:-- But the one that you quoted above was from April this year.
Now I know that us Poms think that all you Colonials are all upside down , so I suppose it's easy to mistake a 9 for a 6 if you live 'Down Under' |

I can't claim the colonial excuse as I'm at least as English as you! |
