Im sure i read it somewhere on here but i can find it
Well what i would like to have is the mp3 going to the car speakers,And the directions comming from the 720 speakers.
Simple reason why i would like this,I have a child so i would fade the music to the rear speakers,Then when the sexy jane talks my little girl can still hear her music without sexy jane cutting in |

Change preferences...
Page 6 of 8, - Speaker preferences..
You can set the instructions to come through the internal speaker on the first page, then the mp3 music to come via the FM to the car radio.
I don't do mp3, but I have a sneaking feeling the music might still be muted when an instruction happens. Anyway, try it and see. _________________ Dennis

Yes, music on the FM output will still be muted while an instruction comes through.
At the moment, the ONLY time you get the option NOT to mute the music is when you have music routed to the Bluetooth output.
That's the only reason why I bought a new radio with a BT input! |

Have a look at a thread on here detailing the iO-Play accessory as this adds Bluetooth conectivity to your car assuming it has ISO style plugs, I did an article on this unit a few weeks back, a search should soon locate it, with this installed you will get exactly what you are looking for, cost approx 60 quid - Mike |

The supplied cables are quite long which lets you install the orange boxes quite some distance from the back of the head unit, it should even be possible to put them in/ around the glovebox - Mike |
