guess its more complicated than I thought.
I suppose i'd expected something that said latest version of software is x latest version of maps is y.
for example I have a 730 and it is
App 8.010 GPS v1.21 Boot 5.5010 and Western and Europe v 800.1762 |

Must admit I've never liked that map chart...
It never showed that old maps would work on newer devices, and because it depended on people reporting that a particular combination worked it made it look like other combinations didn't, when in fact they just hadn't been reported.
You could try a list I've been keeping HERE. It's pretty much up to date, certainly for the v7 maps (still used in everything except the new x30 range AFAIK).
For v8 I believe v805 are the latest maps available for the x30 models, I might be missing the very latest version for the new One and XL, but no-one's told me anything so far.
For software versions I try to keep a list updated HERE.
v8.010 is the latest for the x30 models I believe. |
