Is it possible to make the camera warnings directional, so my garmin only warns me of cameras in the direction i'm traveling, i no its not feasible for mobile sites?? thanks |

Garmin only allow their own database to be directional. Where a road is a dual carriageways efforts are made to try and get the camera on the right side of the road to minimise false alerts but thats all that can be done. |

wow thats quick, Thanks. so if garmin only allow their data base to be directional is it any good, or shall i keep with PGPS data, its quite anying checking your speed for a non existant camera. |

True but remember if you are being alerted then you are speeding and there maybe a Police Car around the next corner, or even behind you. Treat it as an extra warning about your speed. Also some cameras are reversible so they change their direction from time to time.

Persoanlly i use the PGPSW database.
