Has anybody reported a problem with the 30 mph Gatso and Mobile files ? I ask as I haven't been getting a usual warning bell at a local site, and I see that it's not listed in the camera files. When downloading from the site, it hesitates for a number of seconds at each of the above before continuing. All the other files seem OK. |

The 30mph files are much bigger than the others (3 to 4 times the size of the 40s which are next biggest) which would explain the pause.
If it's just a couple of local cameras, check whether they are in the file as MaFt noted. If it's all of the 30s check how many OV2 files are in your map folder - when it goes over a limit, it drops them at random. _________________ Gerry

I can 'navigate' to my local POI 30 Mobile, as it's shown in the list of these POIs, but it doesn't show on the map, but worryingly, when I try to 'navigate' to my local 30 gatso, the list shows specs, not gatso's. Interestingly, the rest of the gatso files 40,50,60 etc all show gatsos correctly, it's just the 30 gatso showing up specs...real strange ! |

It all depends on the software version and device, but these figures aren't too far off the mark:
v5,xx = 39
v6,xx = 100
v7,xx (on x20 devices) = 300
v7,xx (on non x20 devices) = around 100 - no definite qty as yet

Thanks..that was the problem. Can you tell me how to combine POI's into one category...I have numerous individual POIs as starting points listed for walks, it would be good to categorize them under one category....or does this not help the problem ? Also, I would be happy to delete a whole lot of the TT inbuilt categories that I don't use/want...or again, is this not worth doing ?
ps I have none 'enabled' for map display, only warnings set up for all cameras. |

If you can merge some of the POIs, with something like POIEdit, it would reduce the number. _________________ Richard
