Just been given a company Orbit and TomTom 6.
Can I use the camera database with the Orbit? the list of compatible devices only refers to Pocket PC.
Thank you.

Sure you can use the Speed Camera database with TomTom on your device, as with all TomTom devices you need the ov2 format for the POI files, I would also look at putting the spoken alerts on the device as well - the Orbit will easily handle this lot in use - I have the Artemis on which your phone is based, its a cracking bit of kit - Mike |

Thanks Mike,
Just copied the appropriate files to the Tom Tom storage card (after backing up).
Will test on the road later.
Many thanks.

Just use AtoB Advanced planning and set a depart point and arival that goes straight past a camera then Route Demo, if the cameras are on the device it will set the warning off and saves you some fuel - Mike |
