Hi, can anybody tell me if it’s possible to use my tomtom One to navigate to a point that does not have a road to it ?
I want to walk through a forest to a particular clearing that I have set as a favorite but when I try and navigate back there it says its not possible even though I have said find a walking route.
Is there some other way of doing it ?
Thanks for any advice |

The TomTom is a Road Navigation Device, so won't be able to do that. All the walking Route will do is 'allow' you to walk the wrong way up a one way street.
What you could do is display the area in Browse Map and use the Find | My Location feature (or the Compass Arrow at the top of the screen).
With a suitable zoom level you will be able to see yourself approaching the Marked location. _________________ Richard

Thanks Oldboy, I will do that, Its a shame its doesnt show distance to destination like it does when navigating, but it will do. Its a pity Tomtom dont provide that functionality it would be easy for tomtom to add the feature, and very useful.

I don't believe that Offroad Navigator will work with firmware v7. |
