|
|
I've just purchased tomtom navigator 2 to run on a jornada 568.
I've tried to install the software but the activation process doesn't work!
I keep getting asked for the activation code so I entre it. The product is then activated, but then says the code is not valid for the map.
Technical support said install the software, activate it then install the map.
So I tried again but the pocket pc wouldn't let me start up the programm without loading a map and closed down.
I then tried installing it on another PC but no joy....
Where do I go from here? |

Hi LeedsMatt
Normally people get back quickly with problems. Other people have much more experience than I at installation, so I'll leave it them. Surprised no one'e replied yet |

OK, did you go-online to complete the activation process when prompted? If not then you are possibly entering the wrong code to cpmplete activation.
Goto http://www.ttcode.com, and follow the prompts to get the second part of the activation code and hopefully this will get you going _________________ Darren Griffin |

Ok, I admit I didn't go online for first registration but I have visited ttcode.com for the activation code. It's this code that appears to activate the program but not the maps.
I'm still so confused! |
