just upgraded to 6.52.
it seems to take a lot longer to get a sat fix than before i updated
anybody else notice this |

I also updated to 6.52 when it came out. I haven't used TomTom for a couple of weeks, so all the ephemeris data needed updating. I put it on the windowsill and switched on. It had located 6 satellites within 30 seconds, and got a fix within 60 seconds. I didn't think that was too bad for a cold start. Turning it on again about an hour later it got a fix within a few seconds.

Mine seems quicker. I compaired it to my girlfriends, who still has the old f/w, and it beats it every time!

i will time it tomorrow morning to see how long it takes
before i upgraded i turned it on in the garage by the time i pulled out
onto the drive i had a fix
this morning i was half way down the street before it fixed,a lot longer |

i've noticed that as well mine certainly takes longer to obtain a fix since updating |

yes it is slower fixing
still ok tho
no speed cameras in my street
suppose i will just have to live with it |
