I have a Navman iCN550. Can download everything OK except Gatso file. It is not possible that so many units are experiencing the same internal failures. It is obviously an error in the gatso download file
So when will this error be corrected? Or must we be expected to accept this problem and hope that next months downloads will be fault free? I hope I will not regret signing up for 12 months. |

Have you followed the link in the post above? If you do you'll find a workaround. _________________ Anita

I'm sorry, but no such thing is obvious. I have two Navman units in my possession which accepted the file without any problems and another two which didn't. We have had this situation on one other occasion and I personally sent that file to NAvman R&D. They couldn't find any problem with the file itself and couldn't explain why it wouldn't transfer properly. We overcame that problem and have overcome this one. I'm confident that we will overcome any future manifestations, should they occur. _________________ Tim |

Just to ask again, as I did here, did you search for "Internal Navman error" in our forums? _________________ Tim |
