Anyone know if its possible to change the baud rate of the NMEA stream from my 3400 sleeve. if so, which app do I need to set it ?

Yes you can, I've always used WinFast Navigator on the Navman sleeves, but beware, you can sometimes lose them if you're looking to switch between NMEA and SiRF. If you do lose it, then eject the sleeve and leave it for around 4 hours, then plug it back into the iPAQ and soft reset and it should be back to factory settings. |

I have winfast working on it @ 57,600 but can't see how to change it to 4800 :-(

If you are using SmartST Pro, it will automatically change it back to NMEA 57600. |

no, I'm using a 3rd party app which only works at 4800, hence why I want to change it. But after setting 4800 on the NMEA tab of the COMMANDS menu, then pressing OK, it only ever dumps NMEA sentences to the DEV window @ 56,700 :-(

From what I recall the 3000 sleeve would accept 4800 baud, but it's possible that Navman have locked the 3400's to 57600. |
