it seems that getting a bargain on ebay offends some people on this forum.
I thought that £100 for a faulty ppc ( damaged sd slot ) with no charger, car kit or instructions was a fair gamble to take, and when i discovered it had TT5 installed, i was delighted.
I am sorry if i have ruffled some feathers on this board, i have requested that the moderators remove this thread and remove my account details from the system. I will look elsewhere for help & support.

No feathers ruffled at all, simply making an observation. if you have the original install CDs or a Product Key card then it is legitimate and I withdraw my comments. If not then they remain. _________________ Darren Griffin |

I have GB map v632, so if there is a particular feature you are looking for let me know and I'll check. |

hi it's not a major issue in my life ,i was just wondering if it was better than i 1 i got, "gb 562" maps from when the upgrade started this year and i come across a lot of one ways going the wrong way ,havn't really come across any map differences yet ...i think ,except east peckham near maidstone hale street and boyle way, except that straight bit a228 is now no longer from hale street you would have to bear right then turn left at traffic circle and join a228 _________________ TomTom 5001 |

Ah, the 'my maps are out of date' one again. This bugged me for a while and then I read this. http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/teleatlas-visit-aug05.php Answers some of the questions and is also an interesting read for a coffee break. _________________ Tom Tom GO 720

I bought the Boxed TTN5 with the bluetooth device only a couple of months ago and the version of my map is v562. i would have thought tht they would at least let you update to the newest map when first purchased. Or at least supply you with the latest maps when new |
