Hi Debbie, welcome onboard.
I've moved your Post to a more suitable place.
In answer to your question, yes, you can use the Speed Camera Download on the ONE.
There are several Threads that go through the process, but perhaps you might like to start with http://www.tomtomsatnav.info/pgps.html
Also have a read of this thread. Take it slow and it will all fall into place.
However, the first, and most important, thing to do is to make a Full Backup of the SD Card to your PC, before you make any changes to your Setup.
If you're still stuck, just Post Reply to this thread and someone will be along to help. _________________ Richard

Personally I use the Speed Zoned Gatso (8 files), Speed Zoned Mobile (7 files), the Single Temp, Redlight and Specs Files.

The Download can be found on the left of the Web Page, under GPS Central, and is http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/uksafetycameras.php
There is a 'Download the Database' Icon part way down the page.
Don't forget the Full Backup of the SD Card. You may have to take any unused Voices off the SD Card. Hint: Use the Change Voice menu in Change Preferences to do this. This will give you a bit more free memory on the Card, which is at a premium on a ONE. _________________ Richard
